May 29 & June 8 - Join Olympus Visionary Trailblazer Frank Smith and photo experts from Dan's Camera City to learn what happens at night with lights, glow sticks and your camera. Learn the fundamentals of light painting with your camera, including working with LEDs, lights, and glow sticks. We'll even experiment with the effects of burning steel wool!
We'll start with a one hour class by guest instructor Frank Smith, then get to work creating amazing photographs. This will be a fun evening - be sure to bring your creativity.
Our class will meet at the Blacksmith Shop next to the Hotel Bethlehem on Main Street ("Reconstructed 1750 Smithy"). Parking will be limited on Main Street. There's a free parking lot in the park if you turn off Union Blvd. to Old York Road and follow it under the bridge down into the park. You can also try the parking deck behind Main St. Commons, the city parking garage, or park on the streets around the field at the corner of Main and Spring streets.
